A warm welcome from the Globe Inn.

We are one of Stonehouse's oldest landmarks. The pub has seen many changes over the years but has always managed to retain it's own character. Many of you will have been lucky to know the Globe, under the management of the legendary "Wacker" and Mary. Wacker is still captain of the Crib Team - and a regular contributor to the body of wisdom that is the gardening club!

The pub is now managed by Tracy and Dean Baldwin, and I'm glad to say getting better by the week! Dean is captain of the County Darts Team so if you fancy your chances pop into the Globe, he's always happy to play.

The Globe is home to many local teams. We have eight skittles teams, three darts teams, a domino team and  crib team. We have Sky Sports in glorious HD and regular Saturday night entertainment. Last Sunday evening saw the first pub quiz. Everyone agreed we should make this a regular event. We have recently joined the champions poker league and a friendly game of poker can be had in the lounge on Sunday nights 7:30. This is a low-stakes game and beginners are welcome.

The skittles alley has it's own separtate bar can be booked for functions and private parties.
